On February 1, 2011 I went to a North Carolina Hurricanes hockey game. They played the Boston Bruins. I went with my family and people from the Juvenile Literacy Center.
We had a suite with food and drinks. We had hot dogs, soda, chips, and cookies. We got to eat as much as we wanted.
I really liked the music they played. It was rock/hip hop. I loved when they fought. Everyone got hyped up and excited. When they played music, I loved the base in it. I also liked when they turned the lights off and had spot lights going around the room.
I had a great time at my first hockey game. They played hard, especially Eric Staal. Unfortunately, the Hurricanes lost 2 to 3, but it was still a exciting game.
